Capabilities

Munson Manufacturing, Inc. provides custom injection molding of thermoplastic components and products for industry.

Services include part design assistance, mold design and construction, prototyping, assembly, decorating, SPC, and material certification.

Molds and tooling constructed and run by Munson Mfg. are maintained and guaranteed for the life of the product.

Materials molded include all engineering grade thermoplastic resins. Specializing in rigid and flexible PVC.

Molding equipment with capabilities from 30 tons to 375 tons. Presses equipped with "Allen-Bradley" and "SCOREMASTER" computerized
process controllers with Programs including SPC, Preventative Maintenance, and Set-Up Libraries.

Auxiliary equipment including all necessary support equipment for molding engineering grade resins, as well as quality control, decorating,
ultrasonic welding, assembly, and packaging.
